Thus, the role of the official government agencies, and public and private agencies, to play their assigned role in teaching their non-Arab employees the basics of communication in the Arabic language, which will inevitably contribute to increasing their loyalty and belonging to this good land, especially since the language is not just spoken words, but rather a gateway to learning about the culture of the other. with which we live.
